About Piero Lorenzo

 Piero Lorenzo, was born (1973) and raised in Tropea, Calabria, a beautiful beach town in southern Italy. He lived in Florence for 21 years, where he studied Economics, and then he started his career in real estate. Piero worked in Florence with his brokerage, Prince Immobiliare, for 13 years. 
In February 2015, Piero and his wife Elizabeth moved to Santa Cruz, California, on the day of Piero's forty-second birthday. What a special day to (legally) immigrate to the USA!!
Piero got the California Salesperson license a few months later (May 2015). In August 2017, he got a California Broker license, a few days before his first son, Stephen, was born.
Piero worked as a realtor and broker associate with Keller Williams Santa Cruz from May 2015 to March 2019.
​In April 2019, he started his brokerage, Lorenzo International Real Estate, specializing in international transactions, helping Italians to buy homes and businesses in California and North Americans buy homes in Italy.
In the last ten years, Piero has been developing a model combining the two real estate methods: Italian and American. Piero has found the best way to sell homes in Italy to international buyers, such as Americans, safely and without stress. 

In April 2021, Piero became a proud American citizen. Now, he has dual citizenship, Italian and American. 

Piero speaks Italian, English, Spanish, and a little French. He has an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the College of San Mateo (Magna Cum Laude). He is currently enrolled at San Jose State University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
